The Jackson-based operation, which holds the distinction as Mississippi’s oldest legal distillery, cultivated, distilled, aged, and bottled this premium spirit using wheat grown exclusively on Mississippi soil.
A Whiskey Made Entirely in Mississippi
The small-batch release features a unique 100% wheat mash bill, pot-distilled and patiently aged for seven years in new charred oak barrels. Cathead’s master distillers carefully selected the finest barrels from a fourteen-barrel lot to create this 100-proof expression.
