My only experience with wheated bourbons was with basic Maker’s and Maker’s 46 some time ago. Seem to recall thinking 46 was pretty good. Don’t want to go over 100 proof or $60 or so. Here on Long Island, NY, looks like availability would include Maker’s 46, Wyoming Small Batch Bourbon, Larceny, Green River, Bardstown Origins Bonded, Wilderness Trail Bonded and Hard Truth Bonded. Are there one or more of those, or something I’m missing that you would recommend?
