We recently had some renovations done so everything was covered in a nice film of dust. Decided to clean up bottles, rotate, and reorganize.

Bottles that aren’t open will be open – nothing is off limits. I buy bottles to be shared among friends. But because of that, we have one rule: No fresh cracks unless you’re with at least one other person to enjoy them with.

But since we typically meet every Thursday night and do a variety of blinds, themes, etc that means we don’t always have to open a new bottle.

My goal for this year is to finish off more bottles, open plenty of new ones, and replace them w more / other kinds of whisk(e)y (been loving Irish lately!)
