I came across this bottle through some whisk(e)y friends, and via some trades, it’s now mine. I can’t find ANY info on a Maker’s Mark BIB 100 Proof green wax from the early 1960’s (1961 as per tax stamp, ~6.5Y old). I’ve been in contact with the distillery and confirmed it’s real. I’m just trying to see if anyone else has one of these, or knows anything about it! No matter what I’m excited about it, it’s a piece of history. I’ve have some 1970’s Maker’s liquid and it was absolutely stunning! Cheers, and thanks in advance to anyone who might offer some insight.
